Sessions & Prices

Individual one to one sessions 

Length of session - 1 hour £65*

Train your dog at your pace. In each session I will provide a one to one, face to face, tailor made service for you and your dog(s), allowing you to decide what and how much training you want to do to enable yourself to become your dog’s trainer. These sessions are perfect for but not limited to:

  • Behavioural corrections

  • Obedience training 

  • Routine management/training

  • Household training 

  • Reactivity 

  • Lead walking 

  • Recall

  • Brain training

  • Adventure training (biking, running, agility)

Puppy Training – 4 week basic obedience 

£290

This 4 week basic puppy package includes 4 one to one sessions and a Naughty Dog Company puppy pack containing healthy chews, treats and toys to keep your puppy entertained.

 

Week one - I help you plan and build a bespoke daily routine which includes toilet and house training

Week two –  I teach you and your puppy how to have fun whilst setting boundaries and use games that work all your dog’s senses 

Week three – I teach you how to train your puppy on loose lead and how to keep your puppy’s focus on you, before that of the environment around them 

Week four – We get out and about on your local walk and work on recall training. By doing this we make sure your puppy has that instant recall we need for them to enjoy their off lead walks. 

6 week advance puppy training

£380

With the six week advance puppy training course we dive deep into breed specific training. This includes looking at the very best ways to engage your dog and the exact type of exercise they need (believe it or not, bolting around off lead isn’t actually the right thing for all dogs). Together we will look at a bespoke nutritional plan for your puppy, finding what food is best, what natural treats suit your dog’s diet and even how to make your own!

Week two –  I teach you and your puppy how to have fun whilst setting boundaries, this includes fun brain training games, impulse control training and how to introduce quiet time  

Week three – I teach you how to loose lead train your puppy and how to teach your puppy to focus on you before the environment around them 

Week four  – We get out and about on your local walk and work on recall training. By doing this we make sure your puppy has that instant recall we need for them to enjoy their off lead walks

Week five – The exploration of your dog’s dietary needs and feeding schedule

Week six - Breed specific training, making sure your puppy has all the support it needs to become a confident, well rounded and respectful adult dog

Telephone consultation follow ups

£25-£45

Telephone consultations are perfect for many reasons including advice on those one off unwanted behaviours and catching up after one to one, family and puppy sessions to make sure you are continuing the good work

Zoom Training

£45

Zoom is fantastic for training without having to worry about the weather or any other distractions. This provides the following :

  • 45 minute zoom meeting

  • A bespoke training plan covering all your individual training needs

  • Videos of any exercises discussed

Family Sessions

Length of session - 90 mins. £80

The most important element of dog training is consistency, with previous teaching history and experience, working with children and adults with additional needs, family sessions are great to get everyone involved and working towards a common goal. Family sessions consist of :

 

  • Games to engage both dog and handlers

  • Routine planning to suit your family

  • Training tactics to suit all capabilities 

  • Check back phone call one week later 

  • Activities to strengthen the bond between dog and handler

T&Cs

Training Location

- Training location must be confirmed at time of booking 

- Training location can be changed but only if in close proximity to previously agreed location and if the trainer’s diary can accommodate

- Last minute change of location may incur a small travel fee

Training Multiple Dogs 

- £5-£10 charge per additional dog from the same house hold
- Buddy up sessions, two clients and their dogs can be trained in the same session charged at the min hourly rate of £60 per client and dog. If buddying up a 50% discount will be applied for the additional party.  (for example two friends can train their two dogs at total of £90)

Travel fee 

- Basic hourly rate of £60 covers most of the Nottinghamshire area. Other areas such as Derby, Sheffield and Leicestershire can be visited with a small travel fee between £5 and £30 depending on location 

​

Deposits and payments 

- Individual sessions require a £10 deposit to confirm the booking of each session. The remainder of the session fees are due on the day of training 
- Puppy packages require payment at time of booking 
- Puppy package clients are entitled to one free cancellation, after this has been used a £20 cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the session 
- All payments to be made by bank transfer 
- As dog training is a service no refunds will be issued following session

Cancellations 

- Deposits will not be refunded if a cancellation is made by the client 

- If due to unforeseen circumstances the trainer has to cancel a session, the deposit paid by the client will NOT be impacted and the client will be able to rearrange for a time to suit them
